If an item is not in order, damaged or defective, please send an email to email@example.com stating the reason for the complaint and your order number. After checking, we will contact you immediately.
You have a right of return of 14 days after receipt of the unworn goods. Timely dispatch is sufficient to meet the deadline. The goods must be returned in their original packaging and must not show any signs of wear.
Put the items in the package and stick the enclosed return label on the outside of the package. Drop off the package at the nearest DHL Packstation. The return shipment is free of charge for you.
As soon as the return has arrived at our warehouse, it will be checked. If everything is OK with the goods, the amount will be credited to your account. The refund will be transferred back to the payment method of the order within 30 days. Please note: Any shipping and payment costs incurred by not using the return label will not be refunded in the event of a return.
RETURNS FROM SWITZERLAND AND AUSTRIA:
We offer free shipping to Austria and Switzerland. The return shipment must be paid by the customer. We cannot provide any information about possible customs duties; these must be requested directly from the responsible authorities.
